How it works for you

  • Pete McLellan arrives at your home, office or gym at a regular weekly time.
  • You are prepared and ready, wearing, T-shirt, shorts/track suit and trainers.
  • Space required is minimal, your living room is fine.
  • You require no special equipment. Pete brings all necessary weights, pads etc.
  • Session starts with gentle warm up.
  • Pete takes you through full-session for one hour.
  • Basic fitness sessions can involve light weights, kicking and punching pads, step-ups and range of aerobic and muscle building exercises.
  • Whole body is exercised, leaving no muscle groups untouched.
  • Be prepared for a wee bit of banter and for Pete to push you further than you think you can go.
